What we collect
- Your Telegram ID or LINE ID (whichever you sign in with), or an email address if support issues you an account.
- Order records, wallet ledger entries and support tickets.
- For card payments: the first six and last four digits of the card, returned to us by the payment provider. We never see the full number.
- For crypto deposits: the sending wallet address, so refunds can go back to it.
- IP address and browser user agent at the moment credentials are viewed, as delivery evidence.
What we deliberately do not collect
No real name, no ID document, no home address, no phone number, no company details. We do not ask for them and there is nowhere to enter them.
Payment data
Card numbers are entered on the payment provider's own page and never reach our servers. We store only the provider's transaction number and the masked card digits.
Sharing
Order details are passed to the supplier only to the extent needed to fulfil that order. We do not sell or rent data. We use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics.
Retention and deletion
Account credentials are never stored — they are fetched from the supplier each time you view them. Order and ledger records are kept as accounting records. To delete your account, contact support.
